Two Minutes to Support Disability Rights!

Two Minutes for the
Disability Treaty!

Hello young people and students of all ages!

Join in solidarity with 1 billion people with disabilities around the world!  Please give two minutes of your time!

Care about the rights of people with disabilities?   You can make a difference in just two steps!

  1. First, sign the youth and student petition for the Disability Treaty at http://bit.ly/Youth4CRPD  It asks U.S. Senators to ratify the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD).  People under age 30 can sign. So can students of all ages.
  2. Second, spread the petition far and wide!  Ask friends and classmates to sign!

Want to learn more about the CRPD?  Visit http://disabilitytreaty.org!  This website is for people of all ages!  The CRPD (“Disability Treaty”) is an agreement among countries.  It protects the human rights of people with disabilities.  So far, 138 countries have ratified it.  But the U.S. is behind.  This petition asks Senators to fix that!

Still want to do more?  Take action here:  http://disabilitytreaty.org/action.  Also, find more ideas at http://bit.ly/ActionCRPD.  People of all ages can use these.
